To think housing, solar, nuclear, and wind power gets resisted, while data centers got fast-tracked with zero actual demand. Absolutely derranged. Edit: I didn't expect this frustrated comment to take off, but *please* don't get black-pilled! I joined my local planning board to help push for projects that actually help people. Resist slop centers if you can. Support sensible, beneficial development if you're able. Take a bit of power back from the greedy sociopaths.
