Reposting my comment from your previous video here… Hey Mat, ex Ferrari tech here from Dubai. Hope your project is going well. I don’t really think you need a brand new HV battery to fix your car. I can give you some tips which could be helpful for your rebuild. Basically, once the car detected a crash, the internal HV contactors will be open inside the HV battery and the HV system will enable HV service mode by itself which will shut off HV during the crash. So you can try one thing that after replacing all airbags including the SRS controller, make sure all the electrical connections are intact including HV connections and CAN bus. Find a scanning tool which is compatible for Hybrid Ferrari architecture, and try to disable HV service mode. Also have to do a proxy alignment since you replaced SRS module. After these steps the car supposed to power up. Hope to hear the 296 roar soon 🙌
